Question 1

Why is a 60-minute walk ฿450?

Accepted Answer

Because it is not a lap around the block. It is a dedicated walker, door-to-door service, a live photo report and a backup walker when life happens. You are buying consistency, not a one-off.

Question 2

Do you train dogs?

Accepted Answer

No — and that focus is the point. Your walker is a companion, not a behaviorist. We safely manage nervous or reactive dogs (quiet routes, solo walks), and if we spot something worth training, we flag it in the report and refer you to a trainer we trust.

Question 3

Why morning walks only (5–10am)?

Accepted Answer

Bangkok pavement hits paw-burning temperatures well before noon, and dogs overheat far faster than we do. So walks run in the 5–10am cool window and we finish before the asphalt heats up. On the rare scorching day your walker switches to grass and shade, keeps it shorter, and tells you in the report. Midday requests get steered to a drop-in visit instead.

Question 4

My dog is reactive / shy / has never walked with a stranger.

Accepted Answer

That is exactly the meet-and-greet's job. We start slow, sometimes walk with you the first times, and never force interactions. Reactive dogs get quieter routes and solo walks.

Question 5

Do you handle cats?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Drop-in visits cover feeding, litter and play. Cats usually prefer staying home, and we agree completely.

Question 6

What if my walker is sick?

Accepted Answer

Your backup walker takes the slot, already briefed from the visit notes. Your dog's routine never breaks.

Question 7

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Pay per visit or pre-pay packs by PromptPay. No deposit needed.
